Nutrition should center around nourishment. Meeting your protein and fiber needs are the priority. We don’t ask you to restrict or remove foods you enjoy.

When your metabolism is under-fueled, you are likely to experience symptoms of metabolic dysfunction (cravings, weight gain, etc.). Our approach focuses on metabolic restoration via adequate protein and fiber.

Loss of appetite is a clinical red flag. Our approach is to nourish the body to achieve a healthy metabolism that honors your body’s hunger and satiety cues.

Melissa Vasikauskas is a Licensed Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and metabolic health expert who helps clients restore their metabolism, regulate hunger, and feel strong in their bodies again. With nearly a decade of experience, she’s the founder of Fueled and Free, where she guides individuals through her protocol that focuses on nourishment. Melissa’s approach blends the science of metabolism with compassionate coaching and real-world structure, focusing not just on what you eat, but how and when to eat. She specializes in helping clients meet their nutrition needs without resorting to traditional restrictive patterns that damage metabolic health. She empowers them to build strength, eat with joy, and achieve a healthy weight with ease. Through masterclasses, group programs, and individualized coaching, Melissa teaches her clients how to balance their meals, time their food, and ditch the food noise once and for all. She’ll be supporting Tune program members with strategies to increase protein intake and bring structure back to their eating patterns in a way that supports both metabolism and peace of mind.

Kyle Henry is a humane technology entrepreneur and AI strategist who helps organizations build ethical AI products that put human wellbeing first. With over a decade of experience spanning finance, product development, and artificial intelligence, he's dedicated to ensuring technology serves people rather than exploits them. Kyle's approach combines rigorous market validation with deep empathy for end users, focusing not just on what technology can do, but what it should do.
At Tune, Kyle leads strategic vision and ensures every product decision aligns with the company's mission of helping people optimize their nutrition through compassionate, science-backed AI.
When he's not being dad of 5, you'll find him attending men's groups focused on emotional wellbeing, hiking the public lands of Oregon, or mentoring the next generation of entrepreneurs who want to use technology for good.

David is an AI engineer with a hands-on approach to building AI that actually works in the real world. He enjoys digging into the details of machine learning models, especially where math, vision, and practical constraints meet. When not refining models or experimenting with new ideas, he's usually thinking about how to make complex systems simpler, faster, and more useful for people who rely on them.
He's responsible for training and improving Tune's vision models, curating high-quality training data, and working on model explainability.
Outside of work, David enjoys music, books, traveling and an occasional drink with friends.
